Got to the hotel and the room wasn’t ready until a couple hours later, which was annoying. Room was super humid, AC barely worked, and I noticed some mold in the bathroom and vents. The room felt cramped with all the keycard stuff, especially with big groups. Lighting flickered every time I bumped into stuff. Pretty sure the bathroom outlet was loose and almost came out when I unplugged my charger.

The location is fantastic. Close to lots of attractions and easy to get around. Valet parking made it convenient, though $40 a night adds up. The staff truly shines. everyone was friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze, and they made me feel welcomed right away. Room #1508 had a nice layout, spacious and clean, but it lacked a refrigerator, which was a letdown. The rooftop pool was a highlight, great views of the city. Unfortunately, noisy neighbors disturbed the peace until after 4 am on one night, which affected my sleep. There was also a strange smell lingering in the hallways that detracted from the overall vibe. With a little attention to soundproofing and room amenities, this could be an outstanding stay.

We loved staying here! The hotel was within easy walking distance to the GA Aquarium, which was a hit with our three kids. Also, the staff made us feel right at home, and the room was neat and cozy. Such a perfect spot for family trips!

In my wife’s opinion, the parking fees should be clearer on the website.

perfectly situated for iconic atlanta adventures

During my stay, I loved the close proximity to the Fox Theatre, just a short 10-minute walk away, and it was so convenient to enjoy a leisurely stroll to Centennial Olympic Park, which was only about 15 minutes on foot. as a solo traveler who enjoys exploring, I found this central location ideal for discovering many attractions and parks nearby.

This was a frustrating experience! Check-in took forever, and my room felt damp, but I did appreciate the quick checkout process and the nice pool. Just not worth it overall.

I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. Upon arrival, I found hair in the bathroom and the towels were cheap. Also, the air conditioner did not work properly, making my stay uncomfortable, especially during the warm nights. I expected better service, but when I asked for extra towels, the front desk ignored my request.

The location was a strong point, being close to attractions like the Georgia Aquarium and Margaret Mitchell House. On one occasion, I had a pleasant interaction with the hotel staff who surprised us with a complimentary breakfast to celebrate our anniversary, which was a thoughtful touch. Being from Europe, I really value personal gestures like this.

One downside was that the valet parking felt a bit expensive compared to local options. Also, I experienced some noise disturbances during my stay, which interrupted my sleep.

I had a great stay at Crowne Plaza Atlanta, Midtown. The room was spacious with a comfy sofa and table, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Plus, the location was fantastic—close to the MARTA station and many attractions, which made getting around super easy.

The restaurant was under renovation during my stay.
